Allegations of propaganda against documentary evidence in Noakhali Sadar, strong condemnation of one-sided news

The real recorded owner of the land and local conscious circles have strongly protested the recently published 'misleading' news regarding the ownership of a commercial land in Bhatirtek Chaumuhani Bazar of Dharmapur Union of Noakhali Sadar Upazila.
It has been alleged that an attempt has been made to undermine the social status of local dignitaries by hiding documentary truth and spreading one-sided information on a Facebook page called 'Naya Prithi'.
Documentary truth vs. allegations: Investigation has revealed that the current legal owner of 2 percent of the land under BS 5304 is Md. Mohsin. He purchased this land on the basis of sub-registry document number 12361 on 02/11/2025. He has already completed the registration (Khatian No. 25-4941) from the Assistant Commissioner (Land) office and has been paying regular government rent.
Boundary mystery: According to the design of the document and column number 12, the land is directly on the eastern side of the said land, which is directly on the government paved road (listed in the District Administrator's 1/1 Khatian). On the northern, southern and western sides, there is land belonging to Sayedul Haque, Md. Sumon and Nur Nabi Sikder respectively. There is no mention of any ownership or ownership of the complainant Nur Mohammad Mia anywhere in this boundary mentioned in the document.
Attempt to assassinate character: Locals claim that the published news has given the political label of peace-loving people as 'chandabaaz', which is basically 'character assassination'.

Locals see this allegation against local social worker Oli Uddin Milon and others as a ploy to divert people's attention from the real truth. According to them, Nur Mohammad Mia is using the media as a shield without being able to show any updated record in his favor.
Warning from the legal system: The protesters have made it clear, "The ownership belongs to the one who has the documentary evidence. Strict legal action will be taken against those who are using journalism as a weapon and destroying the personal honor of others." They said that the matter is in the knowledge of esteemed people including the former chairman of the Union Parishad and that it will be finally resolved through the legal process.
The media concerned have been requested to refrain from publishing such one-sided and jealous news in the future.
