DC sends headmaster on indefinite leave in Natore over allegations of irregularities

The Dieputy Commissioner has sent Natore Government Girls' High School Headmaster Jasmine Ahmed on indefinite leave in the face of student protests over allegations of financial irregularities and mismanagement. He also ordered the formation of an investigaednesday , agitating students took a stand in front of the school principal's office with a point of demand. During this time, the students protested demanding the principal's resignation. As a result, the principal was blocked in his own office.
Upon receiving the news, Natore Deputy Commissioner Sumoni Akhter arrived at the school. She met with students. To deal with the situation, the Deputy Commissioner announced that the head teacher, Jasmine Ahmed, would be sent on indefinite leave. The students withdrew their protest after the Deputy Commissioner's announcement.
The protesting students said that there were financial irregularities and various mismanagement in the administrative and various developmental activities of the school. The food given to us in tiffin is of very low quality. The students did not get any remedy even after repeatedly asking the headmaster. This caused intense anger among the general students. The students protested in front of the main gate of the school, demanding the removal of the headmaster, alleging irregularities, corruption and mismanagement.
