Mirsarai Municipality of Chittagong, under the initiative of BNP and its affiliated organizations, held a discussion meeting and prayer mahfil at Uttara Milestone School and College to pray for the forgiveness of the souls of the deceased and for the recovery of the injured and Begum Khaleda Zia.
The discussion and prayer mahfil was held at the Mirsarai Pilot School auditorium on Friday at 3 pm under the chairmanship of Mirsarai Municipal BNP Convener Jamshed Alam Commissioner and moderated by Municipal BNP Member Secretary Kamrul Hasan Liton.
The chief guest at the discussion and prayer meeting was Chittagong North District BNP Joint Convener Nurul Amin, while Upazila BNP Member Secretary Azizur Rahman Chowdhury, Chittagong North District Krishak Dal Convener Principal Atiqul Islam Latifi, Bariarhat Municipality BNP Convener Main Uddin Liton, Mirsarai Upazila BNP Joint Convener Nurul Absar, Mirsarai Municipality BNP Joint Convener Jasim Uddin and others spoke as special guests.
The speakers said, the country is going through a crisis period. We pray for the forgiveness of the souls of the victims of the unexpected Milestone School and College and for the recovery of Begum Khaleda Zia so that Begum Zia can participate in the February elections and be elected as a member of parliament for the fourth time.
The countrymen must be vigilant so that the friends of the fascists of the regime cannot raise their heads.
