EGM of 'Hotel The Cox Today' Suite Owners' Association held
An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Suite Owners' Association of Cox's Bazar-based star hotel 'Hotel The Cox Today' was held at 'Buffet Mania' restaurant in Dhanmondi, Dhaka on Tuesday (October 13).
The event witnessed active participation from a large number of suit owners and association members arriving from Dhaka and Chattogram regions.
Chaired by the President of the organization, Nazrul Islam, the meeting was conducted by General Secretary Shariful Alam Dipu.
Association Chief Advisor Sushil Kumar Dutta, Finance Secretary (CIP) Rezaul Azim, and Chattogram Liaison Committee General Secretary Khorshed Alam were present on the dais, among others.
Members demonstrated heightened enthusiasm regarding the EGM, which was convened after a hiatus of three years.
During an open question-and-answer session, participants engaged in discussions concerning suite owners' interests and operational matters. Attending suite owners expressed satisfaction over gathering under one roof to directly share opinions and recommendations, though several speakers noted that the meeting should have been convened earlier.
Key comments and proposals presented by attending members were formally adopted as EGM executive decisions. The President and General Secretary were unanimously requested to take necessary measures to implement the adopted decisions.
Prior to the formal proceedings, participating members attended a buffet dinner and exchanged greetings.
