Munshiganj (South) Correspondent

An Eid reunion and discussion meeting of the Munshiganj District Nationalist Lawyers Forum was held on Wednesday afternoon at the Lawyers’ Association Hall Room. 

The event was presided over by Advocate Md. Zakaria Molla, the Convener of the District Nationalist Lawyers Forum and President of the District Lawyers' Association, and was conducted by the Forum's Member Secretary Advocate Md. Suman Mia Sardar.

Speakers at the event included Government Pleader (GP) of the District and Sessions Judge Court and former President of the District Lawyers Forum Advocate Md. Tota Mia, Public Prosecutor Advocate Md. Halim Hossain, Special Public Prosecutor Advocate Md. Jahangir Hossain Dhali, former President of the Lawyers' Association Advocate Md. Mujibur Rahman, General Secretary of the Lawyers' Association Advocate Md. Parvez Alam, former Public Prosecutor and senior Advocate Ashraful Islam, former General Secretary of the Lawyers' Association Advocate Muhammad Masud Alam, Additional Public Prosecutor of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court and former General Secretary of the Lawyers' Association Advocate Rozina Yasmin.

Other speakers included the Vice President of the Lawyers’ Association Advocate Shafiuddin Ahmed, senior Advocate Khan Ataur Rahman Hiru, Advocate Humayun Kabir Shaheen Miji, Barrister Hasan Said Rashi, Additional Public Prosecutor Advocate Noor Hossain, Advocate Iqbal Hossain, Assistant Public Prosecutor Advocate Md. Arif Ahmed, Forum Member Advocate Ibrahim Parvez Hira, former Library Secretary of the District Lawyers’ Association Advocate Md. Nasir Uddin, Advocate Azizur Rahman Rajib, Advocate Hannan Mia Jewel, among others.

Members of the Nationalist Lawyers Forum were also present. The speakers discussed various issues related to the forum during the meeting.
