Lottery for ADP development project held in Goalando

A lottery was held in Goalanda, Rajbari, for the implementation of the scheme work undertaken with the Annual Development Program (ADP) and Upazila Development Fund funds for the fiscal year 2024-25.
The lottery was organized by the Upazila Administration and Upazila Engineer's Office in the Upazila Parishad meeting room on Thursday afternoon. Upazila Engineer Faisal Jahangir Swapnil, Deputy Assistant Engineer Sourav Bhowmik and other area contractors were present at the time.
It is learnt that a total of 9 packages have been drawn for the implementation of work with the Annual Development Program (ADP) and Upazila Development Fund funds for the fiscal year 2024-25. Out of these, 9 are development fund and 9 are ADP project packages.
The construction of roads and culverts in various areas of the upazila has been given priority in the project. The last day for submission of tenders was May 6, 2025. As per the rules, the lottery was held in a fair process in the presence of the administration and the contractors who submitted the tenders.
