May Day celebrated in Ramgarh with colourful arrangements

The historical May Day was celebrated in Ramgarh like rest of the country on Thursday People from all walks of life celebrated the day in Ramgarh, Khagrachari with colourful arrangements.On May 1st (Thursday), at 9:30 am, a large rally started from the lakeside area of Ramgarh Municipality headquarters, went around the cinema hall area, circled the Ramgarh bus stand and ended in front of the Ramgarh Upazila Liberation War Sculpture. Later, people from all walks of life in Ramgarh and leaders and workers of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP participated in a discussion meeting on May Day.In front of the Ramgarh Liberation War Sculpture.BNP's affiliated organizations also expressed solidarity with the May Day rally. The presence of people from various classes and professions, including political, social, and various labor organizations, was observed.Senior leaders of Ramgarh Upazila Sramik Dal and leaders of municipal and upazila BNP delivered important speeches at the May Day discussion meeting. The speakers said that the country will move forward on the path to the future by protecting the dignity of the labor of hardworking people, and that no worker should be deprived of their just demands.Upazila BNP Advisor Hafez Ahmed Bhuiyan, Ramgarh Upazila BNP President Md. Ibrahim Khalil, General Secretary Sefayet Morshed Bhuiyan, Municipal BNP President Md. Jasimuddin, General Secretary Md. Mohiuddin Harun were present at the May Day discussion meeting.
Members and leaders of various local labor organizations were also present.
