In comparison to the food policy in Bangladesh, the importance of food production in agricultural policy has been deficient in raising awareness among the people. Therefore, raising awareness needs to change the habit of the person at the individual level. In addition, the emphasis on the development of their nutritional conditions through the empowerment of girls and women and the development of them as advanced human resources needs to be emphasized, though it is more important in this regard than ever. So today I will discuss the nutritionNutrition and diet are two words whose use is constantly being used in our lives. Starting from birth to death. Food is one of the three basic needs of humans. And the main part of this diet is nutrition.
> What is nutrition?
From the food we eat, our body decides what part of it will be accepted. For example, you will know that after the digestive process after eating food, the food is divided into two parts. One requirement or fertilizer part that receives the body, and the other is unnecessary part that excludes the body.
After digestion in the digestive tract, the fertilizer part of the food absorbs the body. From which we get the power to work, new tissues or cells are formed in the body, body erosion is filled, etc. The simple answer is that the fertilizer part of the diet is absorbed into the body after digestion. It provides energy to survive us. In addition, various nutrients are used in the moving bio-chemical process of the body. As a result, we have to grow physical growth, including our disease.
The continuous steps of nutrients are food intake, digestion, absorption, transportation of body cells through blood, production in cells or generation of energy through regenerative work, then the exclusion of unnecessary parts.
If you can eat good nutritional healthy food, you can spend your life in good health. You can survive from many malnutrition diseases. You can also reduce the risk of getting infected with many complex diseases.

Malnutrition is a very wide word that is under nutrition, where the body does not get enough nutrients or excess nutrients, where even enough calories are taken, there is no proper nutrients needed for food growth.
Malnutrition is becoming a challenge due to excessive eating due to changing lifestyle and eating habits.
On the other hand, due to lack of awareness about poverty, corruption, illiteracy and good nutrition, nutrition in developing countries is a permanent problem. It is especially relevant in a country like India where the population is also a contributor.
> Why is nutrition important?
In the meantime, the idea of the nutrition- the idea is on the subject, but we have been able to understand some of the importance. Nutrition is immense for the normal growth of the body and for other physical development. Due to the lack of nutrition, we can acknowledge many diseases that are called nutritional deficiencies or deficiency diseases. These diseases cause various health complications.
The nutritionists of the present world have called food consisting of 05 food groups as a healthy food. Which is also considered as a balanced diet.
This, healthy diet can relieve us from various diseases, including nutritional deficiencies. This nutrient -rich healthy diet can reduce the risk of getting infected with obesity, cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and other complex diseases.
Some of the more nutritional importance is mentioned below:
* Nutrition plays an important role in the formation of heat in the body.
* The daily calorie demand for the body is met by it.
*Creates immunity in the body.
*Controls the metabolic activities of the living body.
*Nutrition provides energy to the body through which new tissue can be formed in the body.
*Helps keep food in the body for future use.
*Controls many physiological functions of the living body. For example, movement, reproduction, locomotion, etc.
> What are the nutrients and what?
We have already known in response to what nutrition is called. Even more simply, nutrition is a method by which we consume food and use the beneficial part of it to form the body and abandon its unnecessary parts.
This nutrient contains six ingredients. The demand for each of these ingredients in the body is not the same. Depending on the infection of various diseases, the body structure and physical exertion, the demand for our various nutrients is different.
The nutritional ingredients are mentioned below one:
* Carbohydrates or sugars: It is the main source of energy to your body. Carbohydrates may again be three types-
1. Sugar: Examples of this - Simple Sugar, which creates energy by digesting very quickly.
2. Circch: They are complex or complex carbohydrates whose digestion process is slow.
3. Fiber: They are not commonly digested, not used in the production of energy in the body. Only help in physical activity.
> Protein or Amish: The unit of protein national diet is amino acid. The entire protein contains 20 types of amino acids, of which 9 are needy and 11 are unnecessary. Protein work is as follows- * provides energy to the body * works in the formation of muscles and cells,
* Helps in hormone work, * Works to prevent disease, * Works in creating enzymes that use the digestive process.
> Fat or fat: The second is the second most main source of energy to the body. Also, they help absorb vitamins in the body and play a role in the protection of the body inward organs. They are again three types-

3. Trans Fat which is considered as harmful fat.

However, considering the ability to produce energy or calorie in the body, it is seen that in these ingredients, about 5% of our daily calorie demand from carbohydrates and fats is full and the protein is 5%.
> What are the types of nutrients and what?
What kind of nutrition is meant here is the nutrients that exist in food that we call the nutrient in English. It is divided into two parts based on the amount of nutrients in food. Namely

They are the main ingredient of food for humans and living animals that are more consumed to survive the power and nutrition. Their example is carbohydrate, protein and fat national food.
* Carbohydrate
Sugar, starch or whites and fiber include this national diet. Sugar is a simple or simple carbohydrate that is easily broken and absorbed into the body after reaching the stomach. Power is available very quickly from them. But playing it goes out of hunger. The stomach filled feelings are not made. Rather, eating sugar increases its levels in the blood. This creates the risk of becoming type-2 diabetes and other diseases. Carbohydrates break down some of the fiber parts of the food, which is absorbed into the body and use energy production. These types of nutrients play an important role in preventing various diseases, formation and growth of the body. Many types of diseases are produced in the body due to lack of nutrients. * Vitamin
Vitamin or food life is extremely needed for our body. It is needed in a very small amount. However, even though it is needed in a small amount, it causes major health problems. Generally, greens and fruits contain a lot of vitamins. For this reason, vegetables and fruits should be included in the daily diet list.
* Minerals
Minerals or mineral salt are needed in the micro nutrients in a very small amount of body. Vegetables and fruits are found in salt salt. Also, there are various vitamin-mineral saplings in the market. From where you can meet its deficiency.
Finally, I want to say that nutritious healthy food helps in the development of the brain. Brain proteins and enzymes act as neuro transmitters, control some hormones and improve the health of the nervous system and brain. Food increases the beneficial bacteria of the intestine; Which helps keep the inner condition of the intestine healthy. As a result, inflammation of the intestine is reduced. Serotinin is a neurotransmitter that connects the nerve to the brain, which affects mood, joy, thought, sleep, etc. Some foods help keep our brain health well.
