In protest against the deteriorating law and order situation across the country, the destruction of academic environments in educational institutions, and the alleged attempts by underground groups to incite mob unrest, the Pirojpur District unit of Jubo Dal organized a protest rally and gathering.
The rally began on Thursday morning (17 July) from the District Stadium and paraded through the town’s main roads before concluding in front of the district BNP office.
At the concluding gathering, speakers included Pirojpur District BNP Convenor Principal Alomgir Hossain, Member Secretary Gazi Wahiduzzaman Lavlu, District Jubo Dal Convenor Kamruzzaman Tushar, and Member Secretary Emdadul Haque Masud, among other leaders.
The speakers alleged that certain secret organizations are continuously conspiring to mislead the country's educational institutions and the youth, thereby destabilizing the nation by destroying the academic environment.
They warned that such conspiracies, which aim to push students toward a bleak future, will not be tolerated. District Jubo Dal and its units across districts, upazilas, and educational institutions remain alert to counter these threats.
Leaders and activists from various units of Jubo Dal, student groups, and members of the BNP and its affiliated organizations also participated in the rally and gathering.
