When people suddenly become ill, panic and anxiety arise around. When a healthy person suddenly suffer from the disease without any symptoms, relatives are shocked. Sudden diseases such as heart disease, stroke, asthma attack, sudden fever or infection - they can change the course of life at a moment. These diseases can also cause death, and if there is timely treatment and awareness, it is possible to prevent it. This article will analyze the root causes of sudden infection, and remedy and preventive measures will be discussed.

1. Lifestyle

In today's busy life, many suffer from proper sleep, balanced diet, and lack of time to rest. Irregular lifestyle is the main cause of the sudden disease. * Not getting enough sleep at night * Excessive mental stress * Taking excess caffeine or fastfood * Lack of exercise
