UP chairman attested in Saghata

Police have arrested Farooq Hossain Mondal, chairman of Bharatkhali Union Parishad in Saghata upazila of Gaibandha. He was arrested from a tea shop at the Union Parishad office at around 3 pm on Thursday.
Saghata Police Station OC Badsha Alam confirmed the arrest and said that Chairman Farooq Hossain Mondal was arrested as part of Operation Devil Hunt.
He has been kept in custody and the necessary law process is underway against himban
