Faridpur Adarsha Girls' High School hosts meritorious students' reception, cultural event

A meritorious student reception and cultural event were held under the initiative of Faridpur Adarsha Girls' High School.
The program was organized on the school premises at 12:00 PM on Tuesday . Mazharul Islam, Deputy Commissioner of Faridpur, attended the event as the chief guest.
Presided over by Hosne Ara Begum, President of the school's Ad-hoc Committee, the event was attended by Civil Surgeon Dr. Md. Mahmudul Hasan, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Hasan-bin-Muhammad Ali, and Additional Superintendent of Police Raihan Gafur. Among others present were Mizanoor Rahman Chowdhury, guardian member of the Ad-hoc Committee, Headmaster Muhammad Joynul Abedin, Assistant Headmaster Nurul Islam, and Senior Teacher Monojit Kumar Kundu, alongside teachers, students, parents, and relevant dignitaries.
The formal program commenced with the recitation from the Holy Quran, welcoming the invited guests with flowers, singing the national anthem, and hoisting the national flag.
Jointly hosted by assistant teachers Prabir Kumar Goswami and Shyamali Rani Sheen, former and current meritorious students of the school were honored with receptions. The ceremony concluded with a captivating cultural performance presented by the students, featuring songs, dances, and various other cultural renditions.
