Prime Bank arranges training for banking professionals on finacial Inclusion for persons with disabilities
A three-day training program titled “Breaking Attitudinal Barriers: Inclusive Banking for Persons with Disabilities” was held from May 23 to 25, 2025, at Lakeshore Heights, Dhaka. The event was jointly organized by Monash University Australia, Team Inclusion Bangladesh, and Prime Bank PLC.
The program focused on promoting disability inclusion and a rights-based approach in the banking sector. Led by Team Inclusion Bangladesh, the workshop was aimed to encourage participants to move from symbolic actions to meaningful, systemic and real change.
Through a series of interactive sessions, real-life simulations, banking professionals gained practical knowledge tools to better serve persons with disabilities. Participants shared a renewed commitment to inclusive practices with a mindset of progressive learning and development.
Employees from various departments of Prime Bank actively participated, underscoring the importance of inclusive training in building a more accessible financial system.
