Allegations of road construction in violation of court orders, human chain by victim's family in Tatikona.

Members of the victim's family have formed a human chain to protest the construction of a rural road on registered land and the demolition of illegal structures on private land, in defiance of a court order to build a road on government land.
The human chain was held in the area adjacent to the Shahi Eidgah in Tatikona West Para on Friday (September 9) morning. The victim family members participated in it and spoke about their land-related dispute and the ongoing situation.
The victims Nasir Mia, Abul Hossain, Abdul Ahad, Ruhab Mia, Nil Mia, Dudu Mia, Nurul Islam, and Zaher Ali spoke at the human chain.
Locals including Kabir Mia, Mahmud Ali, Chamir Hossain, Zebed Ali, Abdul Ali, Abdul Hekim, Akbar Ali, Anwar Hossain, Suhel Mia, Pavel Mia, Selim Mia and Siraj Mia were present at the time.
The victims claim that due to previous land disputes, rural roads are being constructed on our recorded land. They allege that instead of using government land, initiatives have been taken to construct roads on privately owned recorded land. They also protested against the demolition of illegal structures of Zahir Ali, Shukur Ali, and Qutub Uddin built on private land.
In this regard, the victims, citing the title case No. 95/25 of the Assistant Judge's Court, Chhatak Zone Court, demanded that their land rights and the court's instructions be followed properly. They strongly demanded that the land-related disputes be resolved and necessary measures be taken in the relevant matters by following the legal process.
The human chain was organized at the initiative of the victim's family.
Locals Kabir Mia, Mahmud Ali, Chamir Hossain, Zebed Ali, Abdul Ali, Abdul Hekim said that the administration concerned is involved with the road construction company in this regard and the truth of the allegations and the full picture of the incident will become clearer once detailed information about the court order is available.
