BNP protest march in Jaldhaka demanding withdrawal of false cases against Engineer Tuhin

Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP and all its affiliates and associate organizations held a protest march and rally demanding the withdrawal of all false cases filed against BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia's nephew, former MP from Nilphamari-1 (Domar-Dimla) constituency and former president of the district BNP, Engineer Shahrin Islam Chowdhury, and his release at Jaldhaka in Nilphamari on Tuesday noon.
The protest march led by Upazila BNP General Secretary Mainul Islam left the temporary party office of the Upazila BNP and after parading various roads in the city, the agitating leaders and activists met at the local Zero Point intersection.
Municipal BNP President Rashidul Islam Bengali presided over the event, while Municipal BNP General Secretary Golam Sarwar Bhutto, Upazila BNP Vice President Zahurul Islam, Organizing Secretary Firuzul Islam Sebu Chowdhury, Municipal Organizing Secretary ATM Awal BSC, Upazila Sramik Dal General Secretary Yunus Ali, Upazila Matsyajibi Dal President Jamir Uddin Bhasha, Bangladesh Nationalist Social and Cultural Organization Upazila Convener Sultan Mahmud, Upazila Tanti Dal President Alamgir Hossain and Upazila Chhatra Dal President Momtazul Islam Mithu among others addressed the gathering after a separate protest march led by Upazila Swechhebak Dal Convener Shahjahan Kabir Lelin.
