The Highway Police has taken strict measures to ensure the safety of the road journey of the homebound people during Eid.
This was said by Additional DIG of Highway Police Mohammad Zakaria after inaugurating the 'Watch Tower' of Highway Police at Gobindaganj Police Station Charmatha Mor on Saturday afternoon.
During this time, he supervised the activities of the police on the roads and highways and gave instructions to the policemen responsible for traffic congestion.
OC Gobindaganj Police Station Shamsul Alam Shah, Gobindaganj Highway Police Station OC Mahbur Rahman and other police officers were present.
