Inter-hall Swimming, Water Polo Competition begins at DU

The two-day long inter-hall swimming and water polo competition began on Thursday at Dhaka University.
Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University Prof Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan inaugurated the competition as the chief guest at the university swimming pool.
The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Prof Dr. Kazi Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman, President of the Dhaka University Swimming and Water Polo Committee.
Treasurer of the university and President of the Swimming Pool Management Committee Prof Dr. M. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury and the VC’s spouse Mushtari Begum Khan were present as special guests. Provosts and students from various halls were also present on the occasion.
