
Jubo League leader arrested in Sabotage case in Narail

Ukil Molla, a leader of the Jubo League from Digholia Union under Lohagara Upazila of Narail district, has been arrested by Lohagara Police in connection with a sabotage .police conducted a raid and arrested Ukil Molla from Lutia village on Friday night
The arrestee, Ukil Molla, is the son of Dulal Molla of Lutia village.
Sources reveal that Ukil Molla served as the vice-president of Digholia Union Jubo League. In the past, he led various programs and street rallies of the fascist Awami League in the union. In addition, Ukil Molla has six cases filed against him at Lohagara Police Station, including murder and sabotage cases.
Several residents of Lutia village, requesting anonymity, said that during the previous Awami League regime, Ukil Molla committed various misdeeds under the shelter of local member Firoz and his brother, Jubo League leader Sagor Sheikh. Out of fear, the locals could not speak out.
Regarding the matter, OC of Lohagara Police Station Md. Shariful Islam confirmed the arrest of Ukil Molla and stated that the accused has been sent to court.
