National Primary Education Week-2025 was celebrated in Kamalganj, Moulvibazar with the theme "Ensure quality education, build a discrimination-free Bangladesh on Saturday noon.
A discussion meeting and prize distribution among the winners of various competitions were held at the Upazila Parishad meeting room organized by the Upazila Education Office.
Kamalganj Upazila Primary Education Officer Saiful Islam Talukder presided over the discussion, which was moderated by Shamsernagar Government Primary School Headmaster Md. Sirajul Islam. Kamalganj Upazila BNP Convener and Patan Ushar Union Parishad Chairman Oli Ahmed Khan, Upazila BNP Former President and Sadar Union Chairman Golam Kibria Shafi, Upazila BNP Senior Joint Convener Anwar Hossain Babu, Joint Convener Abul Hossain, Municipality BNP Joint Convener Shafiqur Rahman, URC Instructor Md. Iqbal Hossain, Upazila Assistant Primary Education Officer Soma Bhattacharya, Joy Kumar Hazra, Head Teacher Asmanju Prasad Roy Chowdhury, Kamalganj Press Club Convener M. A. At the end of the discussion, the guests presented prizes to the winners of the students' beautiful handwriting and drawing competition.
