Shibganj Upazila Jubo League leader arrested

Police have arrested Faruk Mondal (52), the organizing secretary of Shibganj Upazila Jubo League in Bogura, in multiple political cases.
He was arrested from his own business establishment 'Ms. Faruk Traders' in Mokamtala Bazar on Wednesday afternoon and taken to Shibganj Police Station.
OC of Shibganj Police Station Shahinuzzaman Shahin said that there are multiple political cases against Faruk Mondal and he has been arrested on the basis of those cases. Legal proceedings are underway against him and he will be handed over to the court soon after the necessary procedures are completed.
