Summer sports competition inaugurated in Satkhira

The Summer Sports Competition-2025 organized by the Satkhira District Education Office was inaugurated in a festive atmosphere.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Ripon Biswas formally inaugurated the game as the chief guest at the Satkhira Government High School ground on Saturday at 10 am.
District Education Officer (Acting) Muha Abul Khair presided over the function, with Satkhira Government High School Principal Md. Aminul Islam Tuku present as the special guest.
Also present at the event were Abdur Rouf, sports teacher of Satkhira Government High School, and teachers from various institutions in the district.
The three-day competition will run from October 11 to 13, 2025. Students from various schools in the district are participating in various events including football, handball, and swimming.
