Wheelchairs distributed to 50 poor persons with disabilities in Jamalpur

A total of 50 poor persons with disabilities in Jamalpur have got free wheelchairs. On the occasion of the distribution, a ceremony was held on 19 July at noon at the playground of Kompopur Government Primary School in Jamalpur Sadar.
Dr. Mohammad Azizul Haque was present as the chief guest and delivered a speech. The event was presided over by Upazila Social Services Officer Shahadat Hossain.
Kohinur Alam Chowdhury, Head of Accounts and Admin of the organization, attended as the keynote speaker, while Fazle Elahi Makam, President of Jamalpur District Press Club, was present as the special guest.
At the event, 50 high-quality wheelchairs were distributed among poor individuals with physical disabilities. It is hoped that these wheelchairs will bring significant positive changes in their mobility, dignity, and quality of life.
