Discussion, view exchange of Jatiyatabadi Muktijuddher Projonmo in Gaibandha

A discussion and views exchange meeting was held on Thursday afternoon at the Gaibandha Public Library Auditorium to mark the formation of the Gaibandha District Committee of Jatiyatabadi Muktijuddher Projonmo (Nationalist Liberation War Generation).
The meeting was presided over by veteran organizer Md. Golam Mostafa and attended by leaders, activists, freedom fighters, and members of the organization from different parts of the district.
Speaking as the chief guest, Freedom Fighter Adv Abdul Majid, President of the Gaibandha District Unit of the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Muktijoddha Dal, said, “The true history of the great Liberation War must be conveyed to the younger generation.
The speakers emphasized preserving the ideals of the Liberation War, raising historical awareness among the youth, and strengthening nationalist values in society.
Following the discussion session, a 71-member convening committee of Jatiyatabadi Muktijuddher Projonmo, Gaibandha District, was formed unanimously. Md. Golam Mostafa was selected as Convener, Md. Mahbubur Rahman Ronju and Md. Monirul Islam Monir as Joint Conveners, and A.K.M. Shakikul Azad Suman as Member Secretary.
Congratulating the newly formed committee, Freedom Fighter Advocate Abdul Majid urged its leaders to perform their organizational duties with honesty, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility while promoting the spirit of the Liberation War throughout society.
The members of the newly- formed committee were introduced to the audience.
