Fraudulently over taking property worth about crore of taka in Naogaon

There have been allegations of a property worth about 1.5 crore taka in Niamatpur, Naogaon being fraudulently written off for just five lakh taka. In this incident, the victim, Alhaj Irfan Ali, filed a case with the Chapainawabganj District Assistant Judge Court.
 
In this case, Anisur and Imtiaz Ahmed, two sons of Abdul Hannan of Bangaonpara village of Niamatpur upazila, have been accused. The victim's family said that although the government base price of 10.5 percent land in 29 Zel Chutipur Mouza of Nachol upazila of Chapainawabganj district was correct, even though there was a permanent establishment on that land, Hannan's sons Anisur and Imtiaz concealed it and registered the document by defrauding the government by evading source tax. 
 
The victim, Erfan Ali, further said that on 15/03/1992, on the basis of documents and records, he obtained document No. 1657 from Gulzar Hossain Biswas and dismissed the rent in his own name and occupied the land. From here, I gave 10.5 percent of the land to my son Miraj Ali as a deed of Ammukta. My son Miraj built a permanent establishment (market) on that land and has been occupying the land. Defendants Anisur and Imtiaz were running a business in that market as tenants. In such a situation, on 23/6/2022, they deceived my son by intoxicating him and registered a property worth about 1.5 crore taka for just 5 lakh taka.
I have filed a case in court regarding this matter. I am demanding a fair trial after investigation. Regarding this matter
 
Miraj Ali said, "My market tenants Anisur and Imtiaz Nisha, who used black magic and brainwashing to defraud me of the property, have not signed it. Not only that, they borrowed 40 lakh taka from me and did not repay it, so I filed a case against them. 
 
They have served jail time in that case. They are fraudsters and I want their punishment."
 
Anisur Rahman, the accused in the incident, said, "We acquired the land according to the rules. We did not resort to any fraudulent means. There is a case in court and we will accept the decision of the court. We cannot say anything beyond that," and he hung up the phone.
