One arrested with 50 bottles of scaff, 49 bottles of phensedyl in Lalmonirhat

At the instructions of Lalmonirhat District Superintendent of Police Md. Tariqul Islam, a team of DB police led by Lalmonirhat DB OC Saad Ahmed conducted a special operation and arrested one drug dealer with 50 bottles of scaff and 49 bottles of phensedyl.
On Sunday night, on the basis of secret information, DB SI (Retd)/ Amitabh Roy along with his officers and forces arrested the accused Md. Ershad Ali (50) from in front of Md. A. Rahim's shop in Alutar Mouza, Kishamat Chonggadwara, No. 4, Harati Union, No. 5, Lalmonirhat Sadar Police Station, Lalmonirhat district. The arrested person is the son of Md. Abdul Khalek of Kishamat Chinatoli village of Lalmonirhat Sadar Upazila, DB police told reporters.
At that time, 50 bottles of scarf and 49 bottles of narcotics phencidyl and a motorcycle were recovered from him. In this regard, a regular case was registered against the arrested accused at Lalmonirhat Sadar Police Station. He was sent to jail through the court.
