The biennial election of Rupsha Press Club was held today, Saturday  in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and joy.

 

 Tariqul Islam Dalim (Bangla TV, Khulna Correspondent) was elected as the President, Mostafizur Rahman (Daily Khulna) was elected as the General Secretary, Md. Akhtar Khan (Daily Orniban) was elected as the Treasurer and Rabiul Islam Tota, Saiful Islam Bablu and A. Qader were elected as the Executive Members. Moreover, Krishna Gopal Sen (dainik Samakal and Dainik Shomro Khabor) was elected as the senior vice-president, Khan Mizanur Rahman (dainik Khulna) as the vice-president, MA Azim (dainik Prabha) as the joint general secretary, Shahriar Hossain Manik (dainik Desh Sangya) as the joint general secretary, MD Alid Sheikh (dainik Spandan) as the organizing secretary, Rezaul Islam Turan (dainik Voice of Tiger) as the publicity secretary, and Hamidul Haque as the office secretary. Muh. Shamsuzzaman Shahin, advisor of Rupsha Press Club, served as the head of the election management committee, and Anichur Rahman and Amirul Islam, assistant headmaster of Noihati Secondary School, were members of the election management committee. A joyful atmosphere was created in front of the press club during the election.
