Ansar-VDP launches digitized selection of female members for European employment

In a bid to break the cycle of fraudulent middleman networks and risky irregular migration channels, the Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party (Ansar-VDP) has initiated a completely transparent, digitized selection process to send skilled female workers to Moldova.

Under the initiative, the force has begun evaluating 300 female members of the Town Defence Party (TDP) under Dhaka Metropolitan Ansar (DMA) through its Welfare Trust, opening up safe and legal employment pathways in Europe.

The recruitment model was developed under the vision and planning of Ansar-VDP Director General Major General Abdul Motaleb Sajjad Mahmud. To prevent lobbying, nepotism, and financial irregularities, five specialized selection committees have been formed to oversee each evaluation stage at the force headquarters, ensuring absolute transparency and meritocracy.

The two-day preliminary screening began on Wednesday with 139 qualified TDP female members from the North and East zones of Dhaka Metropolitan Ansar participating in the first phase. The candidates initially signed a "Self-Declaration" form regarding their foreign employment intent before proceeding to the core evaluation. Shifting away from traditional paper-and-pencil testing, candidates sat for a live written examination via Google Forms, using their respective smartphone Gmail accounts under strict invigilation.

The second phase of the drive continued today, Thursday (July 9), featuring another 161 female TDP members from the South and West zones of Dhaka Metropolitan Ansar under the same stringent digital protocol. Alongside the tech-driven written exam, the selection process includes strict physical fitness assessments—such as precise height and weight measurements—followed by an interview before the combined five-committee jury board.

To completely eliminate human intervention or manipulation, the scores and assessment metrics from every stage are directly input into specialized software. This automated system independently processes the data to generate final merit lists and evaluation rankings, a feature that has significantly boosted the confidence of the young candidates.

The initiative extends beyond mere recruitment, prioritizing strict quality control to meet international standards. The selected candidates will undergo a specialized, advanced training module designed to enhance their professional skills and mentally prepare them for the socio-cultural and working environments of Europe.
