July Mass Uprising Day was celebrated at the initiative of Upazila BNP in Porsha, Naogaon on Tuesday.
A procession led by Upazila BNP President Ahmed Mozammel Haque Shah Chowdhury left from Kapali intersection and ended at the Upazila square.
Later, a gathering was held in front of Shaheed Minar. Upazila BNP President Ahmed Mozammel Haque Shah Chowdhury, Vice President Sufi Shah Chowdhury, General Secretary Sadequl Islam, Nitpur Union BNP President Belal Hossain, Ganguria Union BNP President Nur Ahmed, Sramik Dal President Mahbubur Rahman and other leaders spoke at the gathering. More than three hundred BNP leaders and activists were present at the time.
