Dialogue held in Rajarhat demanding formation of ministry for char affairs

A dialogue was held at Rajarhat in Kurigram, demanding the formation of a ministry for char affairs for the people living in the char areas on Sunday afternoon.
Rajarhat Upazila Char Development Committee organized this dialogue with the people living in the char areas of the Teesta River demanding the formation of a ministry for char affairs.
The meeting was chaired by the Convener of the Upazila Char Development Committee, Baset Sarkar Biplob, and was addressed by the convener of the Kurigram District Char Development Committee and the joint convener of the District BNP, Prof Shafiqul Islam Bebu, Member Secretary of the Kurigram District Char Development Committee, journalist Ashraful Haque Rubel, and the joint convener of the District Char Development Committee, Azizur Rahman Dulu.
It was moderated by the upazila member secretary of the Char Development Committee, Shahidur Rahman Khokon. Other speakers included the convener of the Rajarhat Upazila BNP, Anisur Rahman, member secretary Saidul Islam, joint convener Abdul Quddus, the joint convener of the Upazila Char Development Committee, Bablu Mia, the member secretary of the Upazila Jubo Dal, Nayan Ali, joint convener Wazed Ali, and many others.
