Faridpur BNP Ward No. 22 Workers' Conferec held

A workers' conference was held at the initiative of Faridpur Metropolitan BNP's Ward No. 22. on Saturday at 5:30 PM at Halima Girls School and College located in Kamalapur, Faridpur town.
The conference was presided over by AB Siddiqui Mitul, convener of the Ward No. 22 conference preparation committee and senior joint convener of the metropolitan BNP, and conducted by joint convener Emdadul Haque Emdad. The chief guest was Chowdhury Nayab Yusuf, joint secretary of the central committee of the Nationalist Women's Party and convener of the Dhaka Metropolitan North Women's Party.
Also present were young politician and industrialist Chowdhury Farian Yusuf, Faridpur Metropolitan BNP convener FM Kaiyum Jangi, member secretary Golam Mostafa Miraj, metropolitan BNP joint convener Arifuzzaman Mridha Apu, Jubo Dal leader Benjir Ahmed Tabriz, metropolitan volunteer party president Saikat Hasan, metropolitan Jubo Dal general secretary Shamim Talukdar, metropolitan student party president Munib Hossain Sohag, BNP leaders Md. Humayun Kabir, Asif Imtiaz Bulu, Kamruzzaman Milton, Md. Sajjad Hossain, among others.
Speakers discussed the future working strategy of the metropolitan BNP. They emphasized giving importance to leaders and activists who worked for the party and stood by it in times of crisis. They insisted that leaders who were with the party before August 5 and suffered oppression must be included in the committee.
Speakers stated that BNP will be led by acting chairman and national leader Tarique Rahman, and to bring BNP to power in the upcoming national elections, everyone must work together. There will be no place in the party for hybrids, traitors, or hypocrites. Therefore, all differences should be set aside for united work.
Leaders of BNP and its affiliated organizations were present at the event. Prior to the conference, multiple processions from various locations arrived at the venue.
