Newly -appointed Joint District and Sessions Judge Md. Nurul Huda Chowdhury held a view exchange  meeting with lawyers practicing at the Kalapara Chowki Court on Tuesday morning.

The meeting was held around 10:30 AM at the Chowki Court Bar Association building.

Advocate Khandakar Nasir Uddin, President of the Chowki Court Bar Association, Assistant Government Pleader (AGP) of the Senior Civil Judge Court, and Organizational Secretary of Kalapara Upazila BNP, presided over the event. Advocate Md. Abul Hossain, Secretary of the Bar Association, Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) of the Senior Judicial Magistrate Court, and Joint Convener of Upazila Jubo Dal, moderated the session.

Newly -appointed Joint District and Sessions Judge Md. Nurul Huda Chowdhury addressed the gathering as the chief guest. Senior Civil Judge Mohidul Hassan and Senior Judicial Magistrate Md. Rabbi Islam Roni spoke as special guests.

Among others present were Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) of the Joint District and Sessions Judge Court and General Secretary of Upazila BNP Adv Hafizur Rahman Chunnu, APP of Chowki Court Adv Shahabuddin Khandakar, AGP of Senior Civil Judge Court Advocate Shahjahan Parvez, former Bar Association President Adv  Gyanendra Chandra Mondal, former Bar Association President and Senior Vice President of Upazila Awami League Adv Mujibur Rahman Chunnu, and Upazila Awami League Organizational Secretary Adv  Saidur Rahman, along with members of the local bar.

Earlier, the legal community welcomed Joint District and Sessions Judge Md. Nurul Huda Chowdhury with floral bouquets at the commencement of the program.
