
Parents' assembly held at Maruf High School in Mirsarai

A parents' assembly was held at Maruf Model High School in Mirsarai, Chattogram, on the occasion of the promotion of ninth and tenth-grade students and the announcement of the results of the first model test.
The assembly was held on Saturday at 11 AM under the presidency of the school’s head teacher Mohammad Nazim Uddin and was conducted by assistant teacher Emdad Hossain Rigan. The event was graced by the school’s president Engineer Mohammad Gias Uddin Bahar as the chief guest.
Special guests included Mirsarai Press Club President Md. Nurul Alam, school director Saifuddin Mir Shahin, head teacher of Majeda Haque High School and guardian Md. Didarul Alam, acting head teacher of Abul Kashem Girls' High School and guardian Mostafizur Rahman Swapon, and Chattogram Max Hospital manager Nurul Islam Iran.
Other speakers included the school's assistant head teacher Momin Uddin. From the parents’ side, senior teacher of Khoiyachhora High School Palash Chandra Nath, assistant teacher of Jhulanpol Beni Madhab High School Harun Or Rashid, and head teacher of Mirsarai Municipal Primary School Tasmin Akhter also spoke.
The chief guest said that along with education, providing moral teachings at home will help students become skilled human resources. He further stated that the suggestions from parents would be considered with importance. If everyone contributes to ensuring the quality of education, Maruf School will become one of the best institutions.
