Shipon murder case at Kashimpur : Plaintiff denied Hannan Molla's involvement

The miscreants killed a young man named Shipon Miah(36) by hanging him and locked him from outside after iftar on March 8 at Enayetpur area in Kashimpur thana.
A day later, the killers called Alauddin, the owner of the house, from the mobile phone of the deceased Shipon Miah and said, " There is a dead body in the two storey room of your house. Remove it." Then, when the owner of the house, Alauddin, called the Kashimpur Police Station, the Kashimpur Police broke the lock and sent the body to the morgue in Gazipur. Meanwhile, on the basis of the ATM card found next to the body of the deceased Shipon, the Kashimpur Thana Police went to Shipon's father- in - law's house at night in Jalshuka village under Kaliakair Upazila. Shipon's wife, Mariom, identified Shipon's used clothes and photos.
On March 11, Shipon's wife and relatives went to Gazipur Sadar Hospital and buried the body after post-mortem. The deceased Shipon Miah was the son of Md.Hasen Miah living in Kalaiya village of Sadar Police Station of Netrokona District. After the marriage of Shipon, he used to do various kinds of business, including the breaking business, from his in-law's house in Jalshuka area under Kaliakair Upazila. On the other hand, the Kashimpur Metro Thana Police arrested Shajahan and Sanwar Hossain alias Raju, the masterminds of Shipon's murder, from Kalihati Police Station area of Tangail district based on the mobile phone of the deceased Shipon Miah. Arrested Shajahan(55) is the son of deceased Barek of Kalihati Kope -Dora area.
Meanwhile, the wife of the deceased Shipon Miah demanded the hanging of the accused involved in the murder. Mariom said that at the end of 2022, when Shajahan cheated and left with gold ornaments and money from a house in Baroipara area of Kaliakair Upzila, Shajahan had an argument with the boys of the local club and at one point got into a fight.
In that incident, the boys of the club including Hannan Molla's son, took Shajahan to the Jalshuka bazar and beat him up. At one point, the boys of the club snatched some money including the motorcycle used by Shajahan. At this incident, Shajahan's wife, Salma became the plaintiff and filed a complaint in the Kaliakair Police Station on 22 December 2022. Salma said that while they were beating Shajahan, Hannan Molla himself and Shipon Miah also slapped Shajahan. Hannan Molla's wife Sanjida and Shipon Miah's wife Mariom also said that on that day, Shajahan threatened to see Hannan Molla and Shipon if he gets a chance later.
On the other hand, arrested Shajahan and Sanowar Hossain alias Raju gave statement in the court under section 164 that Hannan Molla and another unidentified person were directly involved in the murder.
On the other hand after asking late Shipon's wife said that Hannan Mollah is not involved in my husband Shipon Murder by any means. she argued that when Shipon was murdered then Hannan Molla broke his fast with his wife named Sanjida Akter at his own house.
According to enquiring Hannan Molla's wife ensured that Hannan Molla is not involved in this murder because my husband Hannan Molla broke his fast with me on that day.She also informed that on the following day 9th March killer Sanwar Hossein alias Raju said," Shipon Miah is finished now your
(Hannan) serial. Raju threated Hannan Molla saying that we want to size you entering the egg by your anus.
Hannan Molla's wife demanded that they have audio call record those threats. She also said that Shajahan Miah alias Raju Killed Shipon Miah as a result of previous enmity depending the occurrence happened in 2022 between Shajahan and Shipon Miah (killed )and in financial transactions's clash. But my husband was implicated to trap.
