BIZ organizes youth dev fair , cultural event in Gopalganj

Organized by BIZ and supported by PKSF, the Adolescence Development Fair and Cultural Event was held in Gopalganj under the theme "Investment in Youth, Sustainable Development." on Thursday noon in the premises of Wahab Adarsha High School.
The event was graced by the presence of the Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Sadar, M. Rakibul Hasan, as the chief guest.
Special guests included Deputy Director of the Department of Women Affairs Laksana Laki, District Cultural Officer Farhana Kabir Sifat, Upazila Cooperative Officer Md. Enamul Haque Talukder, Assistant Director of BIZ Mizanur Rahman, newspaper editor Sheikh Mostafa Zaman, along with local teachers, public representatives, and distinguished persons.
At the fair, 10 stalls from different unions of Gopalganj Sadar Upazila showcased innovative activities, adolescent libraries, health services, environmental awareness, vegetable cultivation, empathy, and various materials on adolescent care.
Later, a 100-meter sprint and marathon were organized with student participation. The event concluded with a delightful cultural performance. Locals reported that such programs are having a positive impact on adolescents and creating awareness.
