Jamaat chief Dr Shafiqur Rahman to visit Saghata on Aug 10

Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and Leader of the Opposition, MP, will visit the Kazi Azhar Ali High School ground in Bonarpara, Saghata Upazila of Gaibandha on Monday ( August 10, at 10:00 AM).
A huge public rally will be held demanding justice for the killers of martyrs Saifullah Bari and Salauddin, who were killed in an attack allegedly carried out by ruling party-backed terrorists on June 21, and protesting the deterioration of the law and order situation across the country. Dr. Shafiqur Rahman MP will attend the rally as the chief guest.
The rally will be presided over by Bir Muktijoddha Md. Abdul Warech MP, Nayeb-e-Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami, Gaibandha District. Special guests will include Maulana Abdul Halim, Assistant Secretary General of the Central Executive Committee of Jamaat-e-Islami; Abdul Karim MP, Ameer of Gaibandha District Jamaat; and Sibghatullah Sibga, Secretary General of the Central Executive Committee of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir.
Besides , central leaders, MPs and local leaders will address the gathering. Leaders and activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and its affiliated organizations from all seven upazilas of Gaibandha district are expected to attend the rally.
