Preparation meeting held in Boalkhali on BNP's protest rally on July 18

In protest against the derogatory statements made against the founder of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP, martyred President Ziaur Rahman Bir Uttam and BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman
A preparation meeting was held on Tuesday at 7 pm under the joint initiative of Boalkhali Upazila and Municipality BNP and its affiliated organizations.
In this, former senior joint convener of Boalkhali Upazila BNP Alhaj Nurunnabi Chowdhury presided over the meeting, and former member secretary of Chattogram South District BNP Alhaj Mostaq Ahmed Khan spoke as the chief guest.
The main speakers were former member secretary of Boalkhali Municipality BNP Yusuf Chowdhury, former joint convener A AM Kamal Uddin, former members of Municipality BNP Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, Syed Mozammel Haque, Nurul Kabir, Manjur Hossain Chowdhury, Jahangir Alam Master, Mohammad Yunus, Kazi Kamal Uddin, Harunur Rashid Chowdhury, Ilias Chowdhury, Jane Alam and leaders of the organizations.
The meeting unanimously decided that a protest meeting and demonstration procession would be held at the historic Kalurghat square on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 3:00 PM. All leaders, activists and members of the organizations were informed to be present on time.
