Rangpur Cadet College done well in SSC exam under Dinajpur Board

Top educational institutions in Rangpur have done well in the SSC examination results under the Dinajpur Education Board this time too. The heads of the institutions said that such good results have been achieved due to the sincere teaching of the teachers, the perseverance of the students and the cooperation of the guardians.

Among them, Rangpur Cadet College is at the top of the list of 100% pass rates. All 45 examinees of the science department in the institution got GPA-5. Compared to the boys, the girls have done better in the examination. The pass rate of girls is 69.78 percent and that of boys is 64.38 percent.

According to the Dinajpur Education Board, 242 students from Rangpur District School participated in the examination and passed 100% and 158 got GPA-5. 271 students from Government Girls High School took the examination and 265 passed. 153 got GPA-5. This time, 543 students from Cantonment Public School and College participated in the examination and 542 passed. 330 students got GPA-5. 283 students from Collectorate School and College passed the exam after taking 290 exams. 120 students got GPA-5. 480 students from Police Lines School and College passed the exam after taking 491 exams. 294 students got GPA-5. All 135 students from The Millennium Stars School and College passed. 95 students got GPA-5. 37 students from Salema Girls High School in the city passed the exam after taking 49 exams. 7 students got GPA-5.

Rangpur Cadet College Principal Lt. Col. Mohammad Matiul Islam Mondal said that the disciplined environment of the Cadet College, constructive discipline and round-the-clock supervision of teachers and officials are one of the reasons for this good result. In their daily activities, equal importance is given to sports and co-curricular activities along with studies. In addition to formal education, co-curricular activities play a special role in shaping cadets as good citizens.

Principal of DiMillennium Stars School and College Lt. Col. GM Shamsuzzaman said, "We want all the students who have taken a step forward in life today through good results to contribute to building a beautiful Bangladesh in the future."

It is mentioned that the pass rate in the SSC examination this time in the Dinajpur Education Board of Rangpur Division is 67.3 percent. The total number of students who have obtained GPA-5 is 15,062. Out of these, 7,516 are male and 7,546 are female. This time, female students have achieved better results than male students. The pass rate of female students is 69.78 and that of male students is 64.38 percent. Female students are also ahead of male students in obtaining GPA-5. Out of 2,782 schools in eight districts of Rangpur Division, no examinee from 13 schools passed. There are 48 schools with 100% pass rate.
