Reaffirming the government's absolute commitment to the comprehensive development of Dhanbari and Madhupur upazilas, Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, and Science and Technology, Faqir Mahbub Anam, has stated that all infrastructural projects, including roads, bridges, culverts, educational institutions, and religious centers, will be implemented progressively.

He warned that no irregularities or corruption would be tolerated in these development works.

The Minister made these remarks on Friday as the chief guest while addressing a wayside public meeting organized at Jadunathpur in Dhanbari upazila. Expressing deep gratitude to the local population, he noted that the votes and trust of the people of Dhanbari-Madhupur provided him with the opportunity to serve as their Member of Parliament and a Cabinet Minister, promising to repay this immense faith through visible regional development.

He pointed out that the current administration has initiated vital public works within a short span of taking office to ensure modern infrastructure, smoother communication networks, and the uplifting of schools and religious facilities. He directed contractors to maintain the highest standards of quality during project execution.

Turning to the local law and order situation, the Minister declared that Dhanbari and Madhupur would have no room for extortion, illegal land grabbing, narcotics, or gambling.

Earlier in the day, as part of fulfilling his pre-election commitments, the Minister formally inaugurated the earth-filling project at the historic Dhanbari Nawab Eidgah and playground.
