Naogaon Sadar Upazila Gano Adhikar Parishad forms new committee

A 55-member convening committee for the Naogaon Sadar Upazila branch of Gano Adhikar Parishad (GOP) has been officially announced, aiming to uphold democracy, justice, rights, and national interest.
Mehedi Hasan has been appointed as Convener, with Nuruzzaman Sheikh as Senior Joint Convener. The other joint conveners include Dr. Shanti Akhtar and Sagar Hossain Naim, while Nayon Hossain has been named Member Secretary. Dr. A.B. Siddiqui has taken the role of Senior Joint Member Secretary, and Sajedul Islam Saju as Joint Member Secretary.
The announcement was made at 8 PM on Friday through an official notice published on the Naogaon District Gano Adhikar Parishad Facebook page, signed by District Convener Advocate Golam Rabbani and Member Secretary Abu Sadat Soukhin.
Other members of the committee include: Abir Hossain, Khorshed Alam, Abdul Kuddus, Abu Hanifa Rakib, Shahin Islam, Bappi Rahman Arif, Ripon Hossain Rana, Mukti, Habibur Rahman Uzzal Hossain, Hasi Akhtar, Ruhel Hossain, Arman Ali, Hridoy Islam and Jahangir Hossain.
The committee has been approved for a 3-month interim period, as stated in the announcement.
