Newly elected MP Azizul Bari Helal from Khulna-4 constituency in Rupsha participated in the inauguration of a tree plantation program organized by the upazila administration, exchange of views with officials of various departments at the UNO office and the monthly law and order committee meeting at the Officers' Club on Thursday afternoon.
At the event, the chief guest said that the current government has taken firm steps to prevent drugs, terrorism and corruption. Strict legal action will be taken against those who want to destabilize the country by committing mob terrorism, occupying other people's land and extorting money. All measures will be taken so that the people of this country can live happily, prosperously and safely. He told the government officials that the current government will gradually implement all the steps that need to be taken to make the work of the republic fair, corruption-free and people-oriented.
