Protest rally demanding release of Jubo Dal leaders in Noakhali

Leaders and activists of BNP’s affiliated organization staged a protest rally and demonstration demanding the unconditional release of Fazlur Rahman Modhu, Md. Shamim, and other Jubo Dal leaders who are currently in jail from the Chatkhil Upazila Jubo Dal convening committee.
The rally was held around 11 am on Saturday marching through various roads of Chatkhil Bazar.
Prior to this, the protest procession paraded several key areas of Khilpara and ended with a brief gathering in front of the school gate.
During the gathering, leaders stated that the fallen fascist autocratic government has imprisoned Jubo Dal leaders Fazlur Rahman Modhu and Md. Shamim through false and fabricated cases. They strongly urged the interim government to ensure their immediate release.
Among those who addressed the rally were Shahjahan Rana, General Secretary of Chatkhil Upazila BNP; Zahir Uddin Babar, Convener of Chatkhil Upazila Jubo Dal; Joint Conveners Saiful Azam Joglu, Mohammad Ali, Anisur Rahman Hanif, and Liakat Ali Bhuttru, among others.
Former President of Khilpara Union Jubo Dal Amir Hossain Khokon; Jubo Dal Joint General Secretary Kefayet Maulana; Organizing Secretary Jalal Hossain; and Publicity Secretary Monir Hossain, along with leaders and activists from various levels were present.
