‘Teachers’ Monthly Coordination Meeting’ was held in the Rangpur Sadar Upzilla hall room on Monday afternoon organized by Rangpur Sadar Upazila Secondary Education office where Rangpur District Education Officer Md. Anayet Hossain was present as key speaker. 

UNO  Saiful Islam, Upazila Secondary Education officer Abdul Hi Roket, Rangpur Kotwali Thana OC, Teacher leaders and the Principals and Headmasters of various educational institutions spoke on the occasion. The  meeting was moderated by Aftabur Rahman, the Academic Supervisor of Rangpur Sadar Upazila.

The Key Speaker Md. Anayet Hossain said in his speech that all the Principals and Head Teachers of various educational institutions should take necessary steps to improve their quality of education. In this regard, he advised the Head of institutions to find alternative ways to improve the results of the weaker students. He also added that all the Head of institutions should sit together with their staff to make a suitable plan on how to increase the passing rates of the SSC and Equivalent examination of 2026.

The Nirbahi Officer of Rangpur Sadar Upazila Saiful Islam said that the educational institutions should emphasize on games and sports along with their studies for building good citizens of the country. Sound mind lies in sound health. So he gave importance to gaining good health through sports and games.   

At the beginning of the Monthly Coordination Meeting the Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Abdul Hi Roket thanked all the Head of Institutions and other teachers for attending the meeting though the weather was bad. In his speech he said that he always dreams to prepare Rangpur City as a city of education. For this reason, he requested all the teachers to take proper initiatives.

Earlier, a committee was formed and some venues were selected with the Head of institutions and other Teachers for the materialization of 'Summer Sports Competition’ smoothly.
