Tragedy amid New Year festivities: Farmer Killed by domestic bull in Kalia

While the entire country was immersed in the celebration of Pahela Baishakh, a tragic incident cast a shadow over the festivities in Kalia, Narail.
A farmer named Ehied Sheikh (42) lost his life after being attacked by his own domestic bull.
The incident occurred around 1:30 PM on Monday. After returning home from working in the fields, Ehied Sheikh was tending to his cattle when, all of a sudden, one of the bulls broke free from its rope and violently attacked him, leaving him critically injured.
Hearing his cries for help, family members rushed to the scene and took him to Kalia Upazila Health Complex. Due to the severity of his injuries, doctors advised that he be transferred to Khulna Medical College Hospital. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries on the way before reaching the hospital.
Ehied Sheikh was the sole breadwinner of his family. His sudden death has left his family devastated and in deep sorrow. Grief has engulfed the entire community, as cries of mourning fill the air
