Her bold reflections on social inconsistencies have consistently resonated with readers, earning her widespread acclaim and bringing her into the literary spotlight.

She is a multifaceted personality—writer, poet, novelist, short story writer, and an active voice in children’s literature, Nazrul-inspired writings, radio presentation, news reading, and even chess. Her works have been published in leading newspapers and magazines including Kaler Kantho, Prothom Alo, Bangladesh Pratidin, Ittefaq, Khola Kagoj, Protidiner Sangbad, NTV Online, Manabkantha, Azadi, and Purbokone. Her literary presence spans both sides of Bengal, earning her the title of a cross-border writer.

Tultul is also a contributor to Bangla publications in Germany, Singapore, Australia, and Paris, extending her influence beyond South Asia.

The award was formally handed over to her on May 16, 2025, at 3 PM at Bishwa Sahitya Kendra by Dr. Jahangir Alam Rustam, a globally renowned poet and environmental scientist.

In response to receiving the award, Tultul said, every recognition increases one’s responsibilities. This one is no different.

To date, she has 16 published books and has received numerous national and international awards for her writing.
