UNO Asma Ul Husna sets example of humanity in Babuganj

Babuganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Asma Ul Husna has raised new hopes among students and guardians by distributing educational materials to 250 indigent and disadvantaged SSC-2026 batch examinees from 6 unions.
In a short program organized recently, the selected students were handed over the necessary educational materials for the SSC examinees - files, notebooks, pens, scales and other materials required to participate in the examination. As the students are excited to receive such help on the eve of the examination, so are their guardians.
Indigent SSC examinees from various unions of the upazila said that it was difficult for them to collect the necessary educational materials due to financial constraints. At such a time, this initiative of the upazila administration has given them new inspiration. They expressed their determination to continue their studies with more focus.
The parents said that such a humanitarian initiative is very commendable in the present times. The way he has stood by our children as a government official is truly rare.
They sincerely applauded the initiative of the UNO and urged her to continue such activities in the future.
UNO Asma ul Husna said that education can take a society forward. This small effort is aimed at ensuring that no student loses interest in studies due to financial hardship. She further said that such activities will be continued in the future with the help of students.
