3 sentenced to death in two separate murder cases in Chuadanga

The court has ordered the hanging of three accused in two separate murder cases in Chuadanga.
District and Sessions Judge Court judge Akbar Ali Sheikh announced the verdict in the presence of the accused on Wednesday afternoon.
In Alamdanga and Jibanagar upazilas of Chuadanga, the two killings were caused by land related to land.
The executioners were Shadin Ali (37), son of Kashem Ali of Bamanagar village of Hardi union of Alamdanga upazila. He lives in the clinic of Jahala Union at Shu Shu's house. Another accused in the same case Ashiqur Rahman Ashiq alias Badsha, (27), is the son of the deceased Biplob Hossain of Farmpara in Chuadanga municipality. Besides, another case was sentenced to death by Jamir Uddin (48), son of the deceased Ibrahim Mondal of Gangadashpur village of Jibanagar upazila.
According to the case sources, on the night of May 9 2022, a group of Dharbut Kamal Hossain were beaten from the house and beaten and killed.
When Kamal's wife went out of the house, he saw him lying in a bloody street. Later, the police arrived and rescued Kamal at Chuadanga Sadar Hasapatt and the duty doctor Kamal Hossaink declared the dead. On May 7 of that year, the victim's wife, Selina Akhter, filed a murder case at Alamdanga police station. Alamdanga Police Station Inspector (Unarmed) Ikramul Hossain filed a charge sheet in the court on July 7, 2012, after the investigation in the case. In this case, the accused independent Ali and Ashikur Rahman Badsha, the accused, Ashiqur Rahman, gave a confessional procedure under section 5 in the court.
After receiving the testimony of the witnesses, both of them were sentenced to death for their involvement in the murder. At the same time, both accused were fined Tk 10,000. Five people were released from that case.
Meanwhile, on June16, 2022, on the afternoon of June 2022, Bablu Rahman, a pre -planned manner, was killed with a spade. On that day, the deceased's wife, China Khatun, filed a murder case at Jibanagar police station. After the investigation of the police, on September 30, 2022, the chargesheet filed the chargesheet at the sub -inspector of Jibanagar police station at the beach. The only accused was Jamir Uddin. After receiving the testimony of the 14, the land was ordered to be involved in the murder of Bablu. At the same time, he was also given a fine of Tk 10,000.
Chuadanga District Judge Court PP Maruf Sarwar Babu said the state has expressed satisfaction in the verdict. In the two murder cases, the execution of the three accused has been established in the society.
