Lutfur Rahman joins as new OC in Boalkhali

Muhammad Lutfur Rahman has joined Boalkhali Police Station in Chattogram as the Officer-in-Charge (OC).
He joined Boalkhali Police Station on Tuesday (July 8) night and officially took over from the outgoing OC Golam Sarwar.
It is learned that the new (OC) of Boalkhali Police Station Md. Lutfur Rahman has previously served as the IPO in the United Nations Darpur Mission-South Sudan and has served with distinction in the PBI (Police Bureau of Investigation) Dhaka for a long time. He was born in a Muslim noble family of Noakhali district.
Police Inspector Md. Lutfur Rahman (unarmed) joined the Bangladesh Police Force in 2003 as a (Sub-Inspector). He was promoted to Inspector in 2012.
Md. Lutfur Rahman, the newly appointed OC of Boalkhali Police Station, said, "I have just joined Boalkhali Police Station. As long as I am in charge of this police station, I will continue to make every effort to strictly suppress criminal activities including terrorism, extortion, drugs and other activities from this society, with your cooperation, InshaAllah.
