4 dredgers destroyed , pipes destroyed by mobile court in Sirajdikhan

In Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj, a mobile court was conducted and four dredgers were disabled and a large amount of pipes were removed and destroyed according to the Sand and Soil Management Act, 2010 for illegally extracting sand with dredgers and changing the category of land. The mobile court conducted a trial in four locations in the upazila's Madhyapara, Jainsar, Malkhanagar and Latbdi unions, namely, Telipara, Nateshwar, Khizirpur, and Mouzas, for illegally extracting sand using dredgers and changing the category of land.
At this time, Sirajdikhan Police Station helped run this mobile court.
Executive Magistrate: Md. Touhidul Islam Bari said that according to the Sand and Soil Management Act, 2010, a mobile court was conducted for illegal sand extraction using dredgers and changing the category of land, and 4 dredgers were disabled and a large amount of pipes were removed and destroyed. He also said that the mobile court of the upazila administration will continue to prevent illegal dredging and changing the category through unauthorized filling in the public interest.
