A discussion meeting, prayers and iftar mahfil were organized at the initiative of Nationalist Bankers Association, Faridpur Division.
This discussion meeting, prayers and iftar mahfil was organized at the prestigious Nura Cafe Restaurant in Faridpur city on Tuesday afternoon.
The discussion meeting, prayers and iftar mahfil was presided over by Mehedi Hasan Chowdhury Chandan, convener of Nationalist Bankers Association Faridpur Divisional Committee and moderated by Member Secretary Shoaib Ashraf. Md. Iqbal Hossain, convener of Nationalist Bankers Association Bangladesh Central Parliament, was present as the chief guest. Joint Convener Obaidur Rahman Obaid, Md. Omar Farooq and leaders of Faridpur division were present. Before the iftar, prayers and supplications were offered to pray for the forgiveness of the soul of martyred President Ziaur Rahman and the health of Begum Khaleda Zia.
The prayers and supplications were conducted by Maulana Md. Kabir Ahmad, Imam and Khatib of Moyez Manzil Jame Mosque.
