A ‘Land Service Assistance Center’ has been inaugurated in Louhajang Upazila to provide 13 types of land-related services at the doorstep of marginalized people and reduce harassment.
The center was inaugurated on Wednesday by Louhajang UNO Md. Nesar Uddin.
Assistant Commissioner (Land), surveyors from the Upazila Land Office, and other staff were present during the inauguration.
Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Abdullah Al Imran stated, “At the Land Service Assistance Center, service recipients can easily access government land services without harassment by paying the government-set fees.”
The services include land development tax, mutation applications, record of rights (Khatian) applications, delivery of DCR, mouza map applications, and 13 other land-related services.
